Empowering Emerging Professionals in Consulting & Beyond

Castlecliffe Consulting was officially registered as a Scottish charity with OSCR in September 2025. The purpose of establishing the charity was to further Castlecliffe’s objective of the advancement of education for professionals of lesser experience who may wish to learn how to gain experience in, and even possibly earn a full-time role in, the often recondite professional services industry. By virtue of being a regulated charity, Castlecliffe is held to the highest standards in terms of governance and further enables us to provide coaching, professional development, and careers advice, thereby advancing the education of beneficiaries concerning the world of work with only their very best interests at heart.

Castlecliffe trustees are invited to continue their contribution only after an extensive vetting process whereby their previous professional achievements are taken into account in order to ensure that those who become trustees are best qualified to advance Castlecliffe’s mission and further the interests of its beneficiaries.

Meet The Trustees

Thomas Burton

Tom is a trainee solicitor at Carey Olsen, advising on offshore corporate law.

Benjamin Weston

Ben has served as Head of Consulting at Castlecliffe since May 2024, leading the charity’s strategic direction and daily operations. Having grown up in Singapore and now in his final year of a joint degree in Financial Economics and International Relations, he combines a global outlook with a blend of technical competence, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm. He has gained experience with St James’s Place Wealth Management in London, where he worked on client portfolio rebalancing in line with equity targets, market volatility, and long-term financial objectives.

Ann Kathryn Chaney

Ann Kathryn is a CADP graduate at J.P. Morgan

William Evans

William has been a dedicated member of Castlecliffe in the past, responsible for managing some of the charity’s more recent projects. He combines a strong record of prior multinational experience with JS&SHK, Arabesque Partners, Baillie Gifford, PwC, J.P. Morgan, where he contributed to the management of pan-European investment portfolios, equity research, and corporate finance projects. A Chartered Banker and holder of multiple professional finance qualifications from the CFA and ICAEW, he combines strong analytical skills with cross-cultural leadership experience, with a particular focus on sustainable investment and long-term value creation.
